When I bought a refurbished computer for my mother, a modest but good machine, they actually drove out to meet me on my way home after hours, so to accommodate my inflexible schedule, and for a mere one hundred bucks! That was the first time they took care of me. The second time was when the power supply unfortunately died just a few days past warranty which of course they didn’t have to honor, but I thought any good company would, though in this case, it was a long show, because I knew I was asking for too much. Because of some personal stupidity, I didn’t reach them for nearly two months, (I dare not embarrass myself with the details) and yet, to my surprise, they were still willing to take care of me and did so gladly. That’s goo customer service and the kind you can expect from D.C.T. which is important, if you like the reassurance of reliability; personally, that means a lot to me.
